By using this website, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
Information only
Website content is general information and does not create an accountant-client, tax-advisor, or legal relationship. A professional engagement begins only after Blue Bear accepts the engagement and any required agreement is completed.
Intellectual property
Website text, branding, logos, documents, downloadable files, and other original content are owned by Blue Bear Tax Solutions or used with permission.
Accounts and future portals
When client accounts or payment portals become available, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and providing accurate, current information.
Cub Club
Cub Club membership is $35 per month for an initial 12-month term and automatically renews after 12 months. A $40 early-termination fee applies. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 10 days before the requested cancellation date. Membership provides 50% off eligible Blue Bear services. Excluded services include tax attorney services, creation of 501(c)(3) organizations, Form 706 estate tax returns, and services that must be referred or partnered out. The signed membership agreement controls if it conflicts with general website language.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Blue Bear Tax Solutions and its directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates are not liable for claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from use of the website.
Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, users agree to indemnify and hold Blue Bear Tax Solutions harmless from claims and expenses arising from misuse of the website or violation of these terms.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Severability and changes
If a provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. These terms may be updated to reflect legal or operational changes.
