Cub Club Membership Agreement
Membership services and benefits
The Blue Bear Tax Cub Club is a monthly subscription service that provides members with on-call general tax guidance. A membership does not include every tax service or guarantee representation in every matter. Services or representation outside the membership scope may require a separate engagement and additional fees.
Active members receive 50% off eligible Blue Bear Tax Solutions services. The discount does not apply to tax-attorney services, creation of tax-exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3), Form 706 estate tax returns, or services that must be partnered with or referred to another professional. If a member uses no eligible services during a calendar year, membership payments made during that year may be applied toward tax-preparation services, subject to the member remaining in good standing.
Client responsibilities
The member is responsible for providing requested correspondence and information promptly and for observing deadlines communicated by Blue Bear Tax Solutions or a governing authority. Blue Bear Tax Solutions is not responsible for consequences caused by late, incomplete, or inaccurate information supplied by the member.
Payment and renewal
Membership is $35 per month. Payments are processed separately through Blue Bear Tax Solutions’ secure payment system and are automatically charged on the agreed monthly billing date. The membership begins with an initial 12-month term and automatically renews after 12 months unless cancelled under the terms below.
Cancellation
A $40 early-termination fee applies when a membership is cancelled before the end of its current term. Cancellation requests must be submitted to Blue Bear Tax Solutions management at least 10 days before the requested cancellation date. After a request is received and processed, future scheduled charges will be cancelled. Membership benefits remain active through the date covered by the final completed payment.
Electronic agreement
By signing below, the member confirms that they have reviewed and understood this agreement and agree to its membership, payment, renewal, and cancellation terms. The member also agrees that an electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten signature.
